AIA, NCARB
Christine Lampert
Christine Lampert is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB.) She is currently licensed to practice architecture in California, Hawaii and Colorado in the USA and she also has an NCARB certification.
She has produced numerous projects including, commercial, retail, school and government projects, banks, libraries, custom residential, senior’s housing, seniors community centers, adult day care, as well as historic renovations and master planning projects. Her Architecture firm, Lampert Dias Architects, Inc. is located in San Clemente, California, USA. She is also the Vice President of Design and Architecture for UDP International LLC in Hong Kong. UDP International LLC does master planning worldwide.
Ms Lampert served on the American Institute of Architects Hong Kong as the Programs Vice Chair and as the Secretary of the AIA HK Executive Committee.
She served as a member of the Board of the California Architects Board (CAB) for over eight years having been appointed by the Governor of California to two terms in office. She was elected and served as President of the Board, Vice President and Secretary. She has participated on committees and task force groups for the CAB.
She served on numerous NCARB (The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) committees and has been involved in writing and grading the Architectural Registration Exam (ARE). She also serves on NAAB accreditation teams which review schools of architecture in the United States and Canada.
She has taught as an adjunct professor of Architecture at the University of Southern California School of Architecture in both the master’s and under grad schools and has also taught at Cal Poly Pomona and Orange Coast College and SCAD Hong Kong.
She writes articles for San Clemente magazines on the historic architecture of San Clemente.
Ms. Lampert attended the University of Southern California, School of Architecture for her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and the New School of Architecture and Design in San Diego for her Master’s Degree in Architecture.
Christine is a member of the Architectural Guild of South Orange County, California.
She has lived in San Clemente, California for over 45 years.

AIA, LEED AP
Carolyn Dias
Carolyn Dias is an award-winning architect. She is a LEED AP professional credentialed through the USGBC and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). A licensed professional, she has devoted most of her career to designing luxury custom homes in Lake Tahoe, the San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Barbara and South Orange County, CA.
She was a principal in the firm of Heckel and Jack and was also a project architect for Berkus Architects in Santa Barbara, a firm known for high-end custom home design.
Prior to establishing Lampert Dias Architects with Christine Lampert, she was a campus planner and project architect at California State Polytechnic Institute,
Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona) where she was the project architect for the historic remodel of the W.K. Kellogg Manor House, the University President’s residence on campus. Additionally, Carolyn was an instructor at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo while attending the university for a master’s degree.
Currently, Carolyn is working on the design of several custom homes in Lake Tahoe, San Clemente and Dana Point as well as retail mixed-use projects, and several other retail designs. She is also an accomplished artist and paints in her spare time.
