Luxury Residence Addition – San Juan Capistrano, California
Currently in the design phase, project features a major addition and renovation to an existing 5,000-square-foot residence in San Juan Capistrano. The project includes a unique open-air hillside basement with ocean views, featuring a custom wine cellar and private gym. Additional improvements include a large kitchen expansion and remodel, as well as a covered California Room that enhances the home’s indoor-outdoor living experience.
Palizada Project
This new contemporary-style house sits on a Coastal Canyon in central San Clemente, California. The house is 3,000 square feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The living areas, kitchen, and master bedroom are all upstairs. There is a roof deck with a proposed Jacuzzi. The house is clad in stone and stucco with glass and a wrought iron railing at the decks.
Lake Tahoe Project
This project transforms an existing 709-square-foot single-family residence in Lake Tahoe into a 2,523-square-foot modern mountain home. The renovation and addition reimagine the original one-story structure as a contemporary two-story residence designed to maximize functionality, natural light, and connection to the surrounding landscape.
Key features of the proposed design include an expansive open-concept kitchen with a large central island, updated living spaces, and a modern architectural aesthetic that complements the Lake Tahoe environment. The project is currently in the design phase.
