We’re excited to share an updated rendering of our Dana Point project — a distinctive multi-unit townhouse development currently under construction.
Designed by Lampert Dias Architects, this project embraces classical Spanish architecture infused with a touch of modern elements. From graceful arches and traditional stucco finishes to thoughtfully integrated contemporary details, each unit reflects a timeless elegance tailored for today’s lifestyle, while honoring the coastal community’s character.

A new two story house with a roof deck to replace an existing small single story house.
The 2nd floor includes two ADU’s which the family can use as part of their private quarters or they can rent them out individually.
Palizada Project
This new contemporary-style house sits on a Coastal Canyon in central San Clemente, California. The house is 3,000 square feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The living areas, kitchen, and master bedroom are all upstairs. There is a roof deck with a proposed Jacuzzi. The house is clad in stone and stucco with glass and a wrought iron railing at the decks.
