Senior Community Center SC
A new 8000 square foot senior center attached to a new Orange County Fire Station. Lampert Dias Architects acted as the Architect for the Senior’s Center and coordinated with the Architect for the Fire Station. The Senior Center has a large multi purpose room, a library, a gym / work out room, a computer room, Administrative offices and a kitchen with facilities for delivering meals on wheels which is a daily delivered lunch to home bound senior citizens.
Adult Day Care SC
A project by Christine Lampert and Lang Lampert Architects. This day care center is designed for disabled seniors and adults.
Angel’s Playground at TeWinkle Park – Costa Mesa, California
Angel’s Playground is an award-winning accessible community playground located in TeWinkle Park in Costa Mesa, California. This $1.4 million project was designed in conjunction with the students at Orange Coast College and the City of Costa Mesa, creating a collaborative vision for an inclusive recreational environment. The project includes a fully accessible playground, restrooms, walkways, and covered picnic areas designed to accommodate children and adults of all abilities. Special attention was given to ensuring that playground equipment, site circulation, and amenities are accessible for children with disabilities as well as handicapped adults, providing a safe, welcoming, and engaging outdoor experience for the entire community.
Klimpel Manor Seniors Apartments
An Affordable Senior Citizen’s housing project by Lang Lampert Architects. These one-bedroom apartment units are designed to HUD standards, and each unit is 535 square feet.

We found Lampert Dias Architects, Inc. 2 months ago.
